I was Diamond in Overwatch but when Role Q was introduced, I was hard stuck in Plat until today. Now I'm Diamond in Role Q, thanks to the help of the awesome coach Nicholas 'Shifty' Travis! :) Shifty has a great sense of humor and his coaching sessions are so helpful: he points out your mistakes but also your strengths, keeping you motivated to take your gameplay to the next level.
